Including your device type, BilHece version, and steps to reproduce the issue can help us respond. Never send a password or verification code.

See the dedicated page for in-app deletion and the steps to follow if you cannot access the app.

If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, deleting the account does not automatically cancel that subscription.
